The view from my roof spans golden gate park to the presidio,



and offers a view of what few stars the city has to offer at 12:29 am,



and it's really cold up there...




I like how still my neighborhood is at night. Everything is asleep except for the occasional car and the always running bus. It's like a ghost town, except for the random college kids who walk by under my window on a nightly basis on their way home from the bar. I can hear their drunken conversing as if they were standing inside my bedroom.

I also wonder if the patrons in the restaurant across the street enjoy the occasional show through my windows. I like to think myself and my partners in crime have stopped at least a few dinner conversations with our playful shenanigans... which gives me an idea for a task...
