Thanks :) I was fitted with the toe ring by a woman who said she believed every woman should wear a toe ring to remind her that she is her own goddess. Either she was sincere, or a phenomenal sales woman. I like to think the former.
True or not, it's a fine photograph of a lovely toe ring (is it three separate rings? I can't tell)
three separate rings. correct. (good eyes). I once had a matching knuckle ring, but alas, I must have gotten cold and shrunken slightly one night because I woke up to no ring at all. I was very sad. Luckily it takes brute force to remove the toe ring, so I have confidence I'll be buried in it.
Well, here's to hoping for no severed phalanges.

Votestalking : Searching out all of the tasks of a crush-object in the game and voting on them to show the crush-object one's allegiance and support.
One should not assume that I have a crush on anyone in SF0, including KristinawithaK, Minch Niddle, Susy Derkins, Flitworth, Laura Black, Terpsichore, Dax, Lank, or Burn Unit. Unless you ask nicely, and then I might admit it.

can I just say, I love "Minch". No one's ever shortened it to that before sf0 and it sort of makes me all warm and fuzzy feeling on the inside that you all have.

David Chihuly is a sculptor that works in blown glass. He does a lot of really pretty bulbous, noodly things that look like they're made of space rubber and pasta. He did these for the Monterey Bay Aquarium's jelly fish exhibit:

there's this famous interview that the "eccentric artist" chihuly gave in the bathtub. Which was done by Ramblin' Jack first... with a bottle o' bourbon. narturally.
and anyway, let's pretend chihuly was unaware of Jack's bathtub interview- it still seems affected, but when Jack does it it just seems like he's bein himself. As in kickass badass.
So, this is the moment when I think you need to ask yourself: can I complete all, or possibly the majority of my tasks for the rest of this era in the bath? if you promise to come to MN for Journey, we'll set it up so you could staff a checkpoint in the tub. the whole time. how awesome would that be?
