I don't mind being called a dude, and I am told I look hotter in drag than en femme, but I thought I'd put this here because I would hate to run into an SF0er somewhere and have them see me and think I was Stu and be all embarrassed because of silly mix-upiness because of my name and then I wouldn't get to meet them and that'd suck.

As for cheese, there is queso in some Mexican food in Mexico, but you're right about the goat cheese thing. The queso blanco does not show up nearly as often as the cheese we put in all of our "Mexican" foods.
I like the observation that 10 'til is a time when people are going somewhere. Very nice completion.
