DESCRIPTION:\n\nTrellis Tea Party #2\n\nI would like to welcome a most prestigious member of the SF0 community to Chicag0: elected to office by the largest historical margin, DC0 Senator Spidere.\n\nI suggest a second Trellis Tea Party, in the magnificent engine room of the Union-Pacific Deering Bridge at Webster and Ashland.\n\n\n\nThank you to the 14 brave climbers who attended the first Trellis Tea Party. The finger sandwiches and bacon cookies were exquisite! Guidelines for this rendezvous will be similar:\n\nWHAT TO BRING:\n\n* dark clothes (not necessarily ninja black... just not fluorescent green, or white)\n* cookies, crumpets, muffins, bacon cookies, other deliciousnesses\n* water, tea bags, other beverages\n* blankets to lay over the broken glass\n* an SLR camera for long exposures\n* a death wish (if you intend to climb higher than the engine room)\n* a quiet voice\n\nWHAT NOT TO BRING:\n\n* booze & intoxicants (we are not responsible for getting you down, only up)\n* other obnoxiousnesses that could get us caught\n* loose clothes, slick-bottom shoes, etc.\n\n\n\n\nfor ACCESS suggestions, see the first Trellis Tea Party event posting.\n\n\n\n\n\nTEAM HQ?\n\nThis engine room could well become a seasonal CG0 headquarters, with a little housework. If this sounds like a fun challenge, here's what we may need to spruce the place up:\n\n* maps of Chicag0, laminated\n* heavy magnets to attach said map to steel girders\n* a flag (i might be able to supply this one...)\n* anything cross-stitched, crocheted, or latch-hooked that might make this mammoth of rusted steel feel a little bit more like home\n* spears, cannon, and anything else that might make this slice of home feel more like a mammoth of rusted steel\n\nnote: as a courtesy to future generations, everything that goes up should come back down (especially those couches and mattresses that don't do well in the rain)\n\nalso note: anything you plan to bring must be able to be carried on your back\n\n\n(images courtesy of Ayma Mack)
