tracing the line of the scar with my finger is a different experience altogether. using a light touch, i can't feel my finger on the scar, but i can feel the scar on my finger, which is sort of an unsettling sensation. with a firmer touch, i feel the sensation of pressure beneath the scar, but nothing on the skin itself.
