It's tough to see, but C.E.'s lines go through the z axis of the normal x, y axis of the chart we're used to. It also skips over and around the space time continuum to meet itself back around in the past and future. And S.N.I.D.E. is in the middle poisoning all of the other groups with it's nefarious ways.
