The water was actually pretty high, since it'd been raining for the past couple days. I realized, at this point, that I was becoming pretty interested in my surroundings, so I decided it was time to leave. Although, I did have a fleeting fear of aligators. Are there aligators in the mississippi? I don't know, but I thought it best not to find out.
