Actually, considering there are holes where the fire was, I'd say the fire came out in the wash. So, the next time you hear someone say "It will all come out in the wash", you can offer a clever and witty retort: "Unless it's a graffitti grade sharpie!".... Wild hilarity will ensue, and you'll probably get a lot of congratulatory slaps on the back - which - lets face it - is the only reason anyone ever does anything.
