Evil Sugar was born on the island of Hawaii, moved to a location where pine trees were plentiful soon after that. There was a lot of school, as represented by books and scrolls, and now she spends much of her time in Texas, working on computers, taking pictures of stuff, and (of course) tending the gummy bears. All that follows is speculation, but presumably in the future the gummies will plant a flag on Sutro tower and take over the world.
