Having had this coat for this six-seven winters, I've had it dry cleaned a bunch, but the last time didn't turn out so well. The care tag instructions came back missing, as you can see here. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but a few months later, when I finally started wearing the coat again, I realized something else--the furrish lining of the hood was all messed!
