The purpose of the hat was mostly to carry my extra safety pins, which I knew I'd need. I ended up using 2; 1 to reattach 1 of my wings, another to shore up the tail of my friend the cowboy astronaut dinosaur. Ingredients: Party hat from my works 2 year anniversary, wire that came in a stuff hanging kit, heart-shaped hangers from the same set, the metal part on the top of file folders that holds the file up (aka the multitool: 1231 uses and counting).
