INSTRUCTIONS: Bake something. The finished product must be spherical.

Ok, so... Summer... Summer... I know! I'll make a reason to stay inside! Cake is one of the most loved delicacies in the world. Used for holidays, birthdays and more, cakes are growing in popularity as the population increases. So, I'll be making one! DELICIOUS. First I'll need to put on my "santa" apron...

Gorgeous, I know.

Anyway, I'll also be needing ingredients. But that's obvious. So nyeah. Since I don't want to get sued (because that would totally happen if I used brand names.) I'm baking from scratch.

Well, mostly no brand names. Anyway, I'll have to mix up the dry ingredients for the best consistency.

Also, I'll be adding water. So it will actually bake. Instead of the traditional pan, I decided to use a bowl. Because it has to be spherical n' stuff.

And then we bake.

40 minutes and a small adventure later, I had found the three treasures of Ireguala, a stray dog, and an abandoned shed. But that's a story for another day. Back to the cake. I was shaking it out of the bowl, when suddenly...

And of course, I had to eat all the crumbles.

Sure, I fixed it, but it just felt weird. Anyway, long story short, the other cake was baked, cooled, and put on to the other cake.

After which, the edges were trimmed to make it a bit more circular.

Frosting was the hard part. The cake started to go lopsided, and droopy, so it had to stay balanced.

Finally, I added yellow sprinkles *all over to make it look like the sun. (summer Solstice)

*Not all over

That was the sun. This is the sun in a couple million years.

You've been warned.
