Presenting my desires, by genre:
Action - Doing stuff, really fast
Adventure - Danger, risks, the new and the unknown
Comedy - Laughter
Drama - Answering "Who am I?"
Mystery - Discovering the hidden
Romance - Relationships
Thriller - Excitement and tension
I find my Action desires somewhat high. What with exams, coursework, etc, the life of a teenager in the middle of then countryside is been fairly uneventful. I find myself daydreaming into Die Hard-esque hostage situations and explosions.
Adventure is currently scoring very highly as a desire. Since joining SFØ, I've been encountering more and more adventures, and I feel that maintaining this is a priority.
Comedy is high, but not too high. My friends and acquaintances are hilarious, and (I sincerely hope) there isn't much chance of their departure any time soon, so I do not feel a particularly strong desire to bring more comedy into my life.
Drama scores fairly lowly. I've never really felt a strong need to answer the question of who I am myself, because I'm not comfortable with being defined as something. As far as I can tell, it's just one step from being defined to being predictable, something I really don't want to be.
The line between Mystery and Adventure, I feel, is that Adventure is more about the going out and finding the unknown, whereas Mystery is more about trying to find out what it is. Therefore, it stays around the middle, as until the desire for Adventure has been fulfilled, the Mystery aspect is somewhat useless...
Teenagers ranting about a lack of Romance is something which is all too common on MySpace, and something which I'm sure a fair number of people come here to get away from. So I'll say one thing: Pining sucks.
I find my Thriller desires to be somewhat stronger than my Adventure desires, as I find that the adrenaline rushes of doing new things more rewarding than finding new things.

Vote for movie references, but I'm sad there's no sci-fi.
