Or not. just looked it up and cannot find. Oh noes!

I looked and found this description...

"Dream Boxes- A place to hold imaginings, intentions and goals.
Desires, imaginings, intentions and goals - written on paper - are one step closer to reality. They are out of the head and heart, placed with care in a special place for you to touch and see often."

Google got me:

The Dreambox is a Linux-powered DVB satellite, ...

so... go make and launch a bunch of satellites? Hmm.

But judging from the picture here, I think it's suppose to mean those playground fortune tellers made out of paper. They're like a sort of... grabber mouth thing... with numbers on the outside, colors on the inside, and messages written under the inside flap.
You'd pick a number, and then open and close the thing in alternate directions that many times. Then you'd pick a color from the inside, and that would somehow determine which flap to lift up. Underneath would be some sort of fortune.

Ahh, nostalgia.

I think I just always called the thing a "fortune teller", but according to The Internet, it looks like it's also sometimes known as a "cootie catcher" or "salt cellar". (The latter because the original purpose was apparently to hold spices.)

Here's a link to an origami site that tells you how to make one:

But 75 points? Is just slightly more challenging than rock-paper-scissors...

I think we're meant to interpret what a Dream Box is for ourselves. And I would hope that all who complete this would make them awesome enough to merit a 75 point price tag.

Alright, then. Linux-powered satellites it is! Bonus points if you get them to the moon.

Only 75 points for getting a satellite to the moon?

No - hence 'bonus'

If anyone has a problem with the point value, I'd just refer you to the second word - "many."

Which is to say, keep making dream boxes until it's worth 75 points.

Indeed!

Also given how vague the description is, define "dream boxes" in such a way that your praxis is worth 75 points.

Level ZerØ completion:

Dolores park with Spinney at one in the afternoon as the passers by passed by, we hawked our service, a recording of a dream for posterity. The pedestrians were our pals, they were simply asked to select one of the six receptacles and place a dream within it...

Few accepted such a simple challenge, but those that did were the real interesting folk, the types with tattoos of abracadabra triangles and a look in their eyes that just screamed adventure.

These are the boxes that our comrades in passing utilized:
