In SF it will take a few years. there are a good few people who have done this. half of them got mugged in hunter's point

I'm from a city in North Carolina called Durham... and some of the city is in blocks, but most of it isn't...
How do I determine the bounds of the city? This sounds like fun.

This might be one were the minimum number of blocks and such might be less practical than "enough that people won't react to your 250 pts by flagging you into oblivion"
