I can assure you they have nothing to do with me. I don't like cheating and I wouldn't do it myself. These accounts are actually starting to annoy me becuase they appear in large numbers on my updates page.
My tasks are just at the top of a long list of things they've voted for...

Yeah. And I think they got banned from logging in again, but I'm not sure.
I strongly suspect that Locaro and Fetus Festus are sockpuppets of Sombrero Guy - as they both seem to have voted mostly for his tasks...
