Now you're going to want to pop off the carbonation lock from your carboy and siphon your beer into a bottling bucket (a bucket with a tap on bottom for easy filling of those bottles) and bottle your beer. Oh yeah- don't forget to add a little boiled sugar to the mix if you plan on carbonating it in the bottles. 5oz of sugar in 1 cup of water for 5 gallons beer.
