NIMBY Space in Emeryville. It isn't really public, it's more like if you happen to be there for some sort of gathering or event, and you soooo have to go, and you're really nice and clean up after your self, you can use it, because you know, the plumbing is old. I my self never have, just because of how cool looking it is.
