Prime real estate. Waterfront location.

This was found while taking a friend on a scenic tour of Guam. She was pregnant so it was a lucky find, as pregnant women plan their trips by when they'll find the next restroom. Even though this was a lovely spot she decided to wait for a more private privy.

Sadly this sort of dumping of trash is found all over Guam :(
