Reverse Shoplifting by Aurora Borealis
May 14th, 2008 12:52 AM / Location: 37.764065,-122.4219Step 2: Next I traveled to Borders books and located where "Bridget Jones's Diary" was. Turns out they only had one copy, I would have expected more, but one was enough.
Step 3: I removed the bar code sticker from their Bridget Jones's Diary and placed it on the back of mine. Their copy should still be scannable (not that it matters), but now mine is too.
Step 4: Lastly I put both books on the shelf where only one was before, mine is sandwiched between the other copy and a book by Carrie Fisher.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!!

I found this small book store on Valencia street near 16th... my book was originally $3.67 and at half off they wanted $2 for it, but I haggled them down to a dollar and six cents!

The book I chose was an old british copy of "Bridget Jones's Diary" (a book I assumed a major book store would have.)

I don't find that shameful at all, I've never actually read the book, though I did buy it for my mom as a birthday present one year. I am however quite partial to the movie.
is it shameful that i like bridget jones' diary? like, a lot? not the sequel though.
except for the colin firth interview sequence
