I adore my workmate Jojo.
It's one of the many joys of my job to be able to work with her. She's supportive, inspirational and wise.
Jojo is one of a small group of people who are stars that I chart my position in the universe by. She's one of the people who by knowing I'm able to know myself. She makes me want to be a better manager/person, makes me realise I'm not shackled to my past, brings me out of myself. I'm thankful for that.
I must be a bit of a nightmare to work with... dashing about, getting annoyed/angry at things, I forget to email things, I forget to call...
My favourite memory of Jojo is when we went out for drinks after a work dinner. We were talking about surprising revelations about ourselves. I tried to sound profound by saying "I'm not as brave or as rowdy as I seem and I have a phobia of phones". It earnt me a couple of "pffft's" from around the table. The table continued round and she simply said "I'm filthy". We were rivited but she wouldn't share more. She's amazing.
Another time she and I were talking about Heroes and super powers she said "It's like you've got scandal ears. You hear what everyone else hears but you also hear the underlying scandal".
I'm not sure that's a good thing...

No, maybe that doesn't sound right. The "Local" and "Public" part aren't so good.

She is a local public object of affection.
Everyone loves Jojo and I've stepped up and put it into words.
And she even posted a link to this completion on facebook.
Vote for the expressed human need for orange squash for the soul.
