While walking though my university's campus (the university I attend, I don't own a university, unfortunately) I saw a bewildered looking gentleman looking at one of the large "you are here" maps that are scattered around. I asked him if he was lost and if I could help him get to where he was going. He seemed most relieved of the offer and proceeded to ask me how to get to one of the chalets. Instead of providing him with complicated instructions I offered to take him to his destination. It was about a five-ten minute walk, and we had a nice little chat. The gentleman was visiting from Vietnam and had just been shopping. He had a number of heavy bags so I took half of them for him. His English wasn't perfect but I think we managed to communicate rather well. He was very thankful and I resumed my own journey glad that I had stopped to ask the man if he was lost.
