The Death Stick!!!
Also known as the Death Stick of DOOM!!!
And sometimes called The poker stick of doom.
At first I had trouble with this task, I thought it would be easy but with many attempts I failed to produce an adequate weapon from office supplies, while I had many ideas the real weapon came by accident.
A ruler I’d been trying to turn into a sling shot accidentally got a slit down it’s center. A SMALL slit which opened onto a hole that was already in the ruler. A thought occurred to me that one of the pin needles we have could fit into the slit perfectly. The idea struck me as funny at first, but I decided to try it anyway. The pin fit, and while it was a perfect fit it still needed something more. To make sure it didn’t fall out while in use. So I put scotch tape around it where the slit was, knowing that the ball on the end off the needle would keep it from coming out through the slit I tried to take care of the sides like that. However the realization that cheep scotch tape hardly ever works well hit me quickly, so for extra protection I added a rube band around it, in case the scotch tape failed. This also helped keep the ruler tighter together and prevented the needle from moving, or wiggling around.
There it was, my home made office supply weapon- good for sneak attacks. Of course, all weapons should have proper sheaths. So I got some paper clips together and folded them into the right shape, taped around it on both sides so the inside wasn’t sticky, then I whole punched it so that I could hold it onto the stick with a paperclip.
That still didn’t seem to be enough, I needed something that would make it more convenient to carry, so I made a loop with the rubber bands - kinda the way a lot of little kids make necklaces with them. And I attached the sheath to it. So that I could carry it over my shoulder.
Now my weapon had a safety case, lock and carrier. And my poor unsuspecting enemies will never know what hit them… or poked them in this case.

Perhaps you could sell this idea to Burn Unit. He could sure use it.
