Desires by Rao

I do not know what I desire; no one really does. There have been countless times when I have wanted something, but once I acquired it I found that there was something more that I wanted. This had led me to believe that no one can ever truely be happy.
I think it is a quirk of evolution, a way to ensure that each individual is constantly driven to seek something better than what anyone in the community has ever found in order to constantly force the human race as a whole to improve.
I could probably write an entire book on this subject, so I will just leave you with this. What I truly desire is to improve myself and others, because I believe that is the purpose of desire.
