I submit that the supposed "writers' strike" that is "occurring" is actually not.
Proof:
1) TV shows and movies are STILL BEING PRODUCED. Without writers, TV shows and movies CANNOT BE MADE. If a change to a script needs to be made, it cannot be done without a writer.
2) Actors are also writers. Striking for one union violates the provisions of the other. It also hurts their work on BOTH ends.
3) Photos of "strikers" are faked. The photos showing up on the internet are pretty clearly Photoshopped. In MANY cases, the signs appear to be just floating in air. I propose that these are just group shots of people viewing the various studios with signs added.
4) I have never met a striking writer. Have you? Think about it.
