Donate a Pint of Blood by Erik Ogan

INSTRUCTIONS: Donate a pint of whole blood. Preferably at a blood bank or the Red Cross. Extra points if you donate platelets (apheresis donation).

We went to The Blood Center of the Pacific. It had been years since I'd donated. I also forgot to eat breakfast, so I had two trips to the canteen.

And, because I'm a bonehead and forgot to eat breakfast beforehand, I got a bran muffin and more juice before I donated. Something about not wanting me to pass out. ;-`)
