...And now it's in MY head. MAKE IT STOP!

posted by Erik Ogan on June 12th, 2006 8:27 PM

I did this over the weekend with some friends, but none of them have joined yet (grrr) so I can't colaborate with them, and claim my 0 points!

You can submit now, get the points when they're assigned to the task, then once your friends join you'll be able to tack them onto the completed task as collaborators.

That would be true if I hadn't made the task for 2-20 players. I can't complete it without one other participant. :)

Still, it's good to know that the points work the way I'd hope they would. Thanks!

(Plus, if those folks fail to see the inherent cool of SF0, clearly I need new friends with which to complete this task again)

My first reaction was that perhaps this task required the participant to wait in the arrivals area, holding up a sign proclaiming love for an arriving passenger, real or imagined. Any other guesses?

It was for the "Journey to the End of the Night," for which we assumed there would be a task.

Most of your tasks have made me say "what a GREAT idea!"

I definitely agree that the crazy outfit should count. While I see your point about the toll, personally I think it should count. My reasoning is that what's deemed "necessary" to complete a task is a concept that could be twisted to, er, nefarious interpretation. I'm inclined to err on the side of "no exceptions" in that case to prevent such things.

Since my JttEotN donation wasn't integral to the completion of the task, I agree with you. But rather than take it off, I'll just go complete the "Give Back" task and we can argue about whether donating should be counted. :)

I'll also take this chance to say that the donation was most definitely necessary. I've gotten many hours of entertainment, laughter, and food for thought from my collaborations with Score, and I foresee many more in the future. I'm in a position where I can contribute to the Paragoogle/SF0 "Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll" Fund to say "Thanks, guys!" So I do so happily.

I think it used to be worth points . . . But I could have been hallucinating.

Cookies & Juice!

And, because I'm a bonehead and forgot to eat breakfast beforehand, I got a bran muffin and more juice before I donated. Something about not wanting me to pass out. ;-`)

I was strongly considering voting for this, until I saw the plea for bonus points. ;-`)
