Today I performed a good deed. I was standing in line at the Caltrain station on 4th and King waiting to purchase my July Muni Fast Pass. There were a group of hispanic men behind me, and a few folks in front of me. The man behind me was getting more and more aggetated that it was taking so long to move through the line. He was conversing with his friends in Spanish (they spoke too quickly for me to understand it all).

At one point I asked him if he was trying to catch a train and in broken English he said yes. Since I didn't have the time constraints that he had, I happily let him go ahead of me in line. He seemed very grateful, and surprised. I hope he made his train. It wasn't a big deed, but hopefully it made his day a bit less stressful.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo or other documentation. But Erik the Plaid was with me and he can verify this happened.
