Package From The Insane by Jamila
January 31st, 2007 6:02 PM
I envisioned meticulous actions as my ideal form of crazy. To create this level of intensity I used as small a container as I could and painstakingly wrote insane and hostile messages on scraps of paper made them into scrolls. I used a larger (relative) piece of paper and wrote a bit larger the rant of an employee (large enough to be legible—unlike the scrolls). To the kafka on crack statement in the bottom of the mints, I added more rants onto broken chopsticks and rolled small snow balls out of cotton. This has all been sent to a well-behaved son of a police officer in Brooklyn.
