Finger painting never gets old by Johnny Yuma

November 19th, 2008 10:17 AM

INSTRUCTIONS: Paint yourself.

This is an old task with an old proof. Last January I moved into a barebones campus apartment with unrelieving white block walls, narrow prison windows, and bitter cold winter outside. I needed some color to lighten things up. But on a college student's budget, what to do?

Latex paint, poster board, and half a dozen friends later, I had some interesting wall art.

Almost done.

Ahhh yes, your Mitochondria fetish... I must try to remember to send you the mitochondria song one day...

Oh, and nice complete, very decorative.

Dear Absurdum,

I am uncomfortable with the use of the word "fetish", until we assert that any fetishism I experience in regards to the mitochondrion is strictly non-sexual. Thus far. Unless by "sexual" we mean meiosis, and you know, I'm okay with that.

Love,
Inky
