I done slept in a tree. At 7pm I went and did some recon on a tree up in the Oakland Hills. It's on Buena Vista at a pretty big intersection. I found that it would be a VERY tight fit for a man of 5'7" and 210 lbs, but I was undeterred. At 1am I returned with blanket in hand and managed to fall asleep fairly quickly. There wasnt much to report until 6am, when I was rousted from my slumber by a passing jogger, who was none too pleased by my presence. I dont have any pictures of her, because that would have been pushing my luck, but the conversation went like this:

Jogger: HEY!
Me: Huh?
Jogger: You can't be up there, what are you doing up there?
Me: Well, I WAS sleeping.
Jogger: You can't sleep up there!
Me: Why not?
Jogger: Because you can't! Get down!
Me (Climbing Down): You're mean. I wasn't hurting anyone.
Jogger: I'm gonna call the police.
Me: And tell them what? That I was sleeping in a tree and not bothering anyone?
Jogger (Pulling out phone): I'm calling...

At this point I decided to quit antagonzing the jogger and drove off before she actually called the police. Anywho, here's some pics, enjoy.
