Surprise a friend by giving them an amazing Burrito. Document why you picked that friend, why did they deserve That Burrito, and how the rest of the day was spent eating The Burrito (be sure you get one for yourself too!).
OR
Group up with some friends. Pick a nice day and a nice park (close to 24th and Mission maybe?). Have each person get an awesome Burrito. Exchange The Burritos at the park. Enjoy them together.

So I got my boy Ben a burrito before the A's game. I wanted to give him the burrito because he is a rare breed. The VEGETARIAN burrito lover. I find it an odd juxtaposition, seeing as I have never had a veggie burrito, but hey, go with what works.
