I present to you the staff I made this summer.

First it was a redwood tree. I used an axe.
Then it was a fallen tree. I used a saw.
Then it was a trunk. I used a saw some more.
Then it was a piece of trunk. I used a knife, a file, and sandpaper.
And it was a staff.
