Ok, this is what I call the cat o' nine pens.
I) forming the handle + chain.
1) Take an architect's scale (triangle ruler thing), and wrap a rubber band around it until the rubber band is tight.
2) Take 1 twistie tie and snake it through the rubber band.
3) Put a second rubber band onto the first twistie tie.
4) Fasten a second twistie tie onto the rubber band, so it forms a chain (scale + band ->tie->band->tie.
5) Put a large, strong rubber band through the second twistie tie, finishing the chain.
II) forming the "nine pens"
1) take 9 pens and 9 rubber bands, attach one pen to one band via the pen clip.
2) group the band + pen combos into 3's, each group of 3 attaches their bands to an extra rubber band
(3 band/pens attach to 1 band. 3 of those combinations make 9 band/pen combos attached to 3 bands.
3) attach those 3 combination bands onto the last band of the chain.
III) Swing like a maniac.

how to weild

hold from base of scale, swing wildly. It hurts quite a bit if you click all the pens out

Good luck on the virtual train to red domination. I will be your host, Ben.
See you on the other side, Mr. Kushner. BWAHAHAHAHA.
Oh yeah, hot completion, by the way.

The pen is indeed mightier than the sword.
Vote.
You should upload a video of it in action against something destructible.
Various fruit perhaps?
