My philosophy teacher first uttered this word in class, over 6 years ago: "pouic". He never gave any definition to it. It is now my very favorite word and is extremely useful. It's the name of a game of tag I play with friends, family and strangers ; it's also the best way to express the state of feeling a bit strange, a bit depressed for no obvious reason, wanting life to be more fun than it is at the moment and wanting to do crazy things. It is the perfect word and can equally be used in French or English or any other language for that matter. I'm glad I would find a venue to share it.
