Trespassing the Future by LSK

INSTRUCTIONS: Go to a place you will not be able to go to in 10 years; for instance, a place under development that will never be the same again.

There's a cursed two-block stretch of storefronts along one side of California at around 7000 N. You can visit this place year after year and it won't be the same. The pictures have captions, but they ought to speak for themselves as well, in case you're illiterate.

(To prospective storeowners: Location, location, location. If you're surrounded by residential space for a 1.5 mile radius, you're got a bad one.)

One of many places on this accursed two-block stretch of California.
This place wasn't here last year and it won't be next year.
DYNA MITE!
ATTENTION!
This place is just creepy.
Chairman of the window
Furniture! If you can get it through their small door.
Ooh, shady.
RASDRAPERYCO - another place that wasn't here last year and won't last to the next.
Drapes, in the drapery store! Are they exhibiting or cloaking their wares?
What a welcoming exterior.
Actually, this place has lasted around 5 years...
This cleaners' has managed to avert the curse by being useful for a residential area.
This is one of those places where you can paint pre-formed clay figures.
I call 6 months.
This place doesn't have any store in it. It used to be a convenience store, now it's not.
A bit of a better view of the unused building's interior.

This place will always be the same, in the sense that it'll be different.
