Sorry guys, I really hate to complete this task this way, but I've been giving it a fair amount of thought and though I would like to place blame (no, actually, I do not like to place blame) on those that are so very easy to point to, and so very easy to distinguish from myself, to those in "power", to those who have held others down for so long...though I might like to do this, I believe the real answer to the question of who is the perpetrator of the crisis is this: all of us.

You don't have to agree with me, and you can think my answer a bit trite or a bit too...severe (or perhaps even ridiculous). Still, it's what I believe. And we can't really help it, I guess. But we can certainly try.
