On this lovely, overcast evening I took a walk around Lake of the Isles with my husband who, though not a participant, has come to accept the fact that nearly everything I do these days I am trying to turn into points for SF0.
So, we walked. We walked without speaking.
Trying to communicate a question such as, "Would you like to watch 'Battlestar Galactica' this evening?" was a bit challenging. For the record, the word "Cylon" can be prettily gestured by holding index finger and thumb one half of an inch apart and running them in an arc across the eyes.
"I am reading 'Ada or Ardor' now," is also a difficult notion to communicate.
"That woman's hair is the same color as her dog's," looks a lot like Tom Sawyer painting his fence wearing a newspaper hat.
Anyway, it was difficult to start talking again after the walk was done.
I am sure that is significant somehow.
(And, oh yes, let me just add the word BREASTS here because, as the Peacekeeping Uniform task revealed, it seems that's all that's needed to get votes. Ha!)

Nah, this is more of a lit crowd, so I'd say mentioning a Nabokov book in each task would be the better long-term strategy

I know, I should give this group more credit. But since two of the three votes for my Peacekeeping Uniform mentioned breasts, I thought I detected an emerging theme. Granted, I drew attention to them in the drawing, so my supposition is most likely unfair.

For the record, I was voting for the navel.
I can't figure out why I voted for this... but I was utterly compelled to.
