The Aesthetics of Minutiae by Production Justin
July 26th, 2006 2:33 PMAll those paintings of women, in art galleries, surprised at private moments. Nymph Sleeping. Susanna and the Elders. Woman Bathing, one foot in a tin tub -- Renoir, or was it Degas? Both, both women plump. Diana and her maidens, a moment before they catch the hunter's prying eyes. Never any paintings called Man Washing Socks in Sink.
--Margaret Atwood, The Blind Assassin
Create a visual depiction of a private moment that no one is likely to care about.
I call this "coworkers working".
I took a picture of my coworkers working. Then I created a pencil sketch and scanned it. Finally I brought them both into *gasp* photoshop and added all the light sources from the original photo into my sketch.

Do you mean it reminds you of a specific album cover, or just that it could be/sort of looks like it could be a Radiohead album cover?

Looks like it could be. Reminds me of the style, but not spefic covers. Like the Airbag EP, OK computer, and the Meeting People is easy documentary.
Reminds me of a Radiohead album cover, circa 1998
