It's not that I don't think text doesn't qualify as actual proof, but I think there are some tasks that call for something beyond text. Vote for recording your whole day and remembering to do it every hour on the hour.
I don't think its a matter of everyone here failing to recognize what is novel, but rather you may have missed the novelty that could be introduced by completing this task. It's original in the sense that it is a work that has not yet been conceived by anyone else, but not so in the respect this task has been completed the same way many a time.
The best way to complete any task is in a fashion no one else has done it in, think outside the box. Be novel.
I wouldn't question or doubt really what people here have to say. Just take advice. Be original, be novel. Don't succumb to what others have done, go beyond it.
I'm not in this to "deny other players of points," but if you don't make original completions, you're just denying yourself of points.
Stop with over analyzing and just take some criticism. If you don't want to think outside the box, then don't complain.
