I collaborated with a few NPCs on this one. My friends from Texas came up with "Tweeters," which are strips of paper rolled-up tightly and folded in half. What you end up with is hard, little, blunt ballistics. To fire a "Tweeter," simply wrap a rubberband or two around your index finger and your thumb; pull and release.
I have for proof the effects of aforementioned ballistics upon a piece of paper, a Tecate Rojo can, and my own shoulderblade.
I need help on uploading the video, but its on youtube.

Vote for getting bruised in the name of SF0.
Welcome to the game.
And wasn't all that impressed. After all, just getting hit with the rubber band would hurt.
Then I got to the piece of paper - now that's really quite cool.
