Sutro Baths by Devil Duck
November 30th, 2007 9:56 PMEnjoy the photos as well as the video.
The wave at 20" left washes away my black rubber ducky with horns. You can see me point at it subsequently. I thought about retrieving it, but then took a look at the waves that were on their way..

Points for a) risk to life and limb, and b) your big hairy arse.
And c) you brought a rubber ducky.
Five votes for this is a crime. I expect someone to be quick with a retort, but is this not clearly one of the most dangerous things ever done in the name of tasking? I mean, the big concrete puddle ruins were presumably all there for the bathing, and he still opted for the Pacific surf. And where's Burn Unit? "Greetings friends! I am recently back from the future! 1966, to be exact." Ultimate Equivalenz.
In any case, Mr Duck, I salute you.
Devil Duck may be injured, but cremation? Really? Are we burning new players alive now? Faster, I agree. But the smoke, man.
It's only Ultimate Equivalenz if you assume the man is lying! An insult to a fine Chrononaut, on the eve of his arrival.
But also, people need to vote more. Shame on you all. And shame on me.
Glad somebody else is interested in the future.
and the man looks good in a speedo too...
This was incredibly dangerous. I feel bad voting for it, because that might encourage you to do something stupid again, like climb a bridge.
Either way, votes for effort, and for disregarding official signage in the interest of adventure (and doing so safely).
