I just created a cover page explaining what it was for, and how to use it (in an elegant way) and stapled quite a few pieces of paper behind it. I passed it off to a friend, who immediately started writing in it. My hopes are that it will be passed around, eventually landing somewhere public, and that people will actually put useful knowledge in it. If I ever see it again, with writing in it, I'll update with pictures of what people have added.
