Routine Stop
posted by SF0 Police on June 30th, 2006 9:21 AM

Hello sir.

No no, we're not here about the fire. This is just a routine stop. We'd like for you to tell us a little more about your task. Could you tell us what you were protecting with your firewall? Just a little bit of text and we'll be on our way.

we were protecting the network from intruders...
without the firewall, the leet haxor was able to connect to one of the ports
with the firewall, the leet haxor was denied, and set on fire in the process, when attempting to connect

if someone can physical access to machines, the machine could be considered compromised

as for 1.0 ...... well, maybe we shouldnt discuss that ;)

what would you like to know about it?

How..

can I order one? There are lots of things I'd like to set on fire using my computer.

In all seriousness, could you really create a USB device to start a fire?

yes, actually. the 5 volts the usb port puts out is enough to start an ignitor, i can build another one.
