Ohhhh i couldn't figure out what was wrong with what i wrote till now.
On my computer close to all the words in the paragraph is question marks instead of being the characters. After seeing this taks on someone else's computer i finaly understand. I actually Spent a great deal of time trying to decode this message. The only info i had was 1964, Peter Straus, and 3rd Floor, 1 South Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94103. I searched through a bunch of pages and came up with clues til I actually found a match. Damn a little to much effort for 10pts..... but i'm good at that!
