A Real Life Secret Egg by Silla
August 2nd, 2008 6:55 PM
It was a dark and stormy night.
No, wait. It was 6 am on a Monday morning.
I stumbled out of bed, cursing the early hour. Only scrambled eggs would make this morning right.
But alas, as soon as I looked into my fridge there was not an egg to be found. In fact, my egg carton was covered by question marks. Not to be thwarted by this strange turn of events, I began my search. I searched high, I searched low.
Finally, in amongst my stuffed rabbits, I found him.
Eggbert T. Egg.
My arch nemesis. Observe his neatly tied bowtie, pink tuxedo. His steely grey eyes.
We tussled. I thought I had one up on him but he beat me and rolled off.
One day, Eggbert. One day.
