Back where you started by Tom Splinter

INSTRUCTIONS: Plan your route for an entire day so that you don't use the same path twice, even when returning to your starting point, if applicable.

Mark your route on a map of some sort, or draw one yourself.

My friend sold his used Wii, 3 extra controlers, and a couple of games (Elibits, Zelda: Twilight Princess, Rayman Raving Rabbits, and Wii Sports) on Craigslist to some kid in Trenton named Brian for $500. This started the adventure of a lifetime.

He asked me to go because his sense of direction is terrible. Of course i agreed, and we decided about an hour before we left that we were going to White Castle (which there are none of within an hour of where we live) in Toms River while we were in central New Jersey.

The drive to Trenton was pretty uneventful, but then we got to the kids house and thats when the fun started. The kid answers the door in just some gym shorts no shirt, no shoes, no socks. He's got this greasy slicked back hair, his head is way too small even though he's as skinny as a twig, and he's got this inbred look about him. He gave us the money he got his Wii and it was all legit, so we hopped back in the Honda Element and took off for White Castle.

Most of the way was easy ridin' until we got off the highway and on to some backroads right before Toms River. We got a little lost and pulled into a gas station for directions, we asked a gas tanker driver because we figured he could help. He pointed us the right way while swearing for no reason the whole time. As we are pulling away he says this " There's alot of cops out today so be careful, don't carry any drugs on you.......... atleast none you can't swallow." We cried laughing as we drove away.

We got to White Castle and split a Crave Case (30 burgers) between the two of us. The ride home was again uneventful untill my friend's sister called and wanted us to pick her up in Atlantic City. So we scooped her up and went back to my friend's house where we all crashed for the night.

Somehow, Medford Lakes - where I spent my years as a youngin' - ended up in the center of that map. I miss those natural/ugly, deep weird pine barrens...
