Peacekeeping Uniform Creation by Stone Saints

INSTRUCTIONS: Create an appropriate peacekeepers' uniform. Keep in mind that it must be instantly recognizable by all factions. Also keep in mind that you may need some sort of weapon to enforce accord. The proof may be submitted as a diagram, photograph, or other appropriate medium.
