A friend and I have exchanged infrequent letters since college. I realized that I haven't written to her for months and months (I'm not the best at keeping in touch with people). So I wrote her! In my letter, I talked about how wonderful the Bay Area is at this time of the year, and hinted that she should come and enjoy it--she accepted! She'll be flying over from the east coast to visit me later this month. I was surprised and pleased that she took me up on the invitation! Hurray for renewed correspondence:)
