Fear Factor by ThaJinx

March 10th, 2007 11:30 PM

INSTRUCTIONS: Do something that scares you. If you are scared of spiders? pick a few up and make them pets for a day; heights? go to the golden gate bridge and look over and down for a few minutes; ghosts? spend some time in a graveyard ; dark? record audio of your experience in realtime. Bonus points for overcoming a phobia.

This task should be kept a minimum of 1 to 2 players, since the whole "safety in numbers" thing might dampen the fear factor in the task.

As usual, creativity in documentation is imperative.

The phone calls being the specific proof for this task, I'm going to keep my description of them to a minimum. Feel free to listen. I will say that I tried to do it in a way that would prove that the space I was in was changing over the course of the call.

Not realizing that - like all answer machines - the SFZero Batphone had a set time limit for messages, I figured I'd just document the entire task in one call. Leson learned; this task is documented in two calls. I also did the much easier Restroom Photography task in the process of doing this one, and as I declare in the second call, that was indeed a mighty good rum and coke.

No more than a "hello" or "how's it going," no.
